UK server DDOS (Resolved)

We are aware that our UK server is been DDOSed and experienceing lag and down time. We are working to fix it or find a temp solution. I will post updates here.

UK server IP has been changed to  so use that IP now instead of the old one. Using will also work. Your port numbers are the same.

All thunderwebhost emails are been blocked by (Resolved)

Affecting System - email system | Priority - Critical

all our system, support and customer emails are been blocked by hotmail email accounts. This does not effect webhosting clients emails. however it does mean hotmail users will not recieve their invoices orstatus and setup emails.
